The idea
Canggu grew up. So did we.
Canggu built itself one café, one studio, one school at a time. What it never had is the space in between: shaded streets, places to walk, one place to park, and someone looking after it all.
Canggu Hills is a neighbourhood planned as a whole, so everything inside it can grow. Made for people who stay, for a chapter of their lives rather than a week.

Is Canggu Hills open to the public?
Yes. There are no boundary walls or gates: its streets connect to the villages around it, so anyone can walk in from Pererenan or Canggu.

On Jalan Raya Canggu in Pererenan, between Canggu and Pererenan, less than ten minutes from the beach.
When can I visit?
In early 2027 a community market opens on site: the first place to see Canggu Hills and meet the team. Register your interest and we will let you know when it opens.

Villas, apartments and serviced freehold plots to build your own home, with roads, water, power and drainage already connected.
Is home financing available?
Yes. Canggu Hills has a KPR home-financing partnership with BNI 46, with a choice of instalment tenors and support from partner notaries and legal advisers.

Yes. There will be retail, food and drink, and workspace units, with shared parking and services, and a community market from early 2027.
